This kit consists of a Flicker Effects Control (FEC) with 6 different dynamic flame simulation flickering modes, a flame spectrum candle bi-pin LED lamp (1” tall and 5/8” diameter dome) with socket assembly, and a 12 volt battery pack. This unit is a professional large format LED candle flame simulation light source for building props and scenery. The LED candle flame lamp operates from 12 volts DC at 80ma nominal current with light output of 30 lumens. The kit is operated from 8 AA batteries, and runs for more than 12 hours on new alkaline batteries (not included).
The flicker controller modes are: #1 flicker med – low, #2 flicker med – hi, #3 flicker – low, #4 flicker – hi, #5 surge fade – med, #6 surge fade – hi, #7 static dimming. Each dynamic flicker mode has 10 speed steps. Each of the dynamic flicker effects is distinguished by a different average light level, the depth of flicker intensity, and flicker sequence.
The cable socket assembly can be press fit into a 7/16” hole drilled into rigid foam, wood or other material. The taper of the socket body locks it into place, the socket has a front flange to limit the insertion depth and provide a finished appearance.
The candle LED lamps average color temperature is an ultra-warm 1,450 kelvin. The candle led lamp has wide spectral color content that provides rich-toned reflections for scenery and objects.
